Markie v0.4.2

What changed

Release notes — like the one you're reading — now render as formatted Markdown inside Markie's in-app "What's new" panel. Headings, lists, and links show up properly instead of as raw text.

Behind the scenes, this release also hardens the auto-update pipeline, adding guardrails so a broken build can't leave you stranded on an old version.

Updating

Nothing to do — if you're already on 0.4.1, auto-update will bring you to 0.4.2 on its own. You can also grab it any time from getmarkie.app/download.
